At R&R Venture Plus , we are committed to providing prompt and reliable service for all room bookings. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we confirm and deliver room reservations made through our website, over the phone, or in person.
1. Booking Confirmation
* Once a booking is successfully completed, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent to the customer within the next 30 minutes.
* This confirmation will include booking details such as check-in/check-out dates, room type, number of guests, and payment summary.
2. Delivery of Service
* The service (room accommodation) is considered fulfilled upon successful check-in on the scheduled arrival date.
* All guests are required to present a valid ID and their booking confirmation at the time of check-in.
* In the case of online check-in (if applicable), instructions will be emailed to the guest prior to arrival.
3. Modifications and Cancellations
* Guests may modify or cancel their reservation in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
* Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and may involve additional charges or fees.
4. No Show & Early Departure
* Failure to arrive without prior notice may result in a no-show fee as detailed in our cancellation policy.
* Early departures are considered partial fulfillment of the service, and no refunds may be issued unless stated otherwise.
