At R&R Venture Plus, we understand that travel plans can change. This policy explains the terms for cancelling a room booking and how refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation Timeframes and Charges

2. How to Cancel

Cancellations must be requested during business hours. The effective time of cancellation is when we receive your request.
3. Refund Processing
* Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
* Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
* Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
Some discounted or promotional bookings are non-refundable and will be clearly labeled at the time of purchase.
5. Early Departures or Date Changes
* Early departures are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated.
* Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

We are not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), though we may offer rescheduling or credits at our discretion.
